Norfolk Towers is located along Kijabe Street within Nairobi’s CBD, neighbouring Longonot Place Offices & Serviced Apartments, KBC and The University of Nairobi amongst other neighbouring buildings.

3. The rent shall escalate at a rate of 15% every two years.
